Wedding reception bookings

To make your wedding reception booking, just get in touch with Anne Scott or Brian Simpson at the hotel. Here's how it works.
- Once you have decided on a date for your event we will check availability and take note of all your main requirements.
- A booking will be made on your behalf and the main details will be confirmed to you in writing.
- At this stage we will request written confirmation from you. If no written confirmation is received within 30 days then we have the right to automatically release your booking.
- For all private functions in order to secure the date we ask for a non refundable deposit of £400.00. This amount is deducted from the final account.
- Thee months before the date of the event a second non refundable payment of £250.00 is required. If the date booked is within three months of the event then this will be due immediately. This amount is deducted from the final account.
- Seven days before the event we request proposed final numbers.
- The final numbers attending the event should be given two days before. This will be the number charged to the account unless there is a more than 10% difference on the original numbers booked or there is a subsequent increase.
- Final accounts are payable on departure.
