Wedding reception bookings

To make your wedding reception booking, just get in touch with Anne Scott or Brian Simpson at the hotel. Here's how it works.

  1. Once you have decided on a date for your event we will check availability and take note of all your main requirements.
  2. A booking will be made on your behalf and the main details will be confirmed to you in writing.
  3. At this stage we will request written confirmation from you. If no written confirmation is received within 30 days then we have the right to automatically release your booking.
  4. For all private functions in order to secure the date we ask for a non refundable deposit of £400.00. This amount is deducted from the final account.
  5. Thee months before the date of the event a second non refundable payment of £250.00 is required. If the date booked is within three months of the event then this will be due immediately. This amount is deducted from the final account.
  6. Seven days before the event we request proposed final numbers.
  7. The final numbers attending the event should be given two days before. This will be the number charged to the account unless there is a more than 10% difference on the original numbers booked or there is a subsequent increase.
  8. Final accounts are payable on departure.
